All questions ↗
What happens at my first visit?

We start by listening to what brings you here, then explain the examination and any investigations that may be appropriate. The sample first appointment allows 45 minutes. You can ask questions before deciding on any further care.

I feel nervous about dental visits. Can I mention this?

Yes. Choose the nervous-patient option when requesting a visit. You do not need to describe your medical history here. On a real visit, you can discuss concerns, agree a stop signal and ask the team to explain each stage.

Is this a private or NHS practice?

This is a fictional wholly private dental studio. It does not provide NHS appointments or operate a real patient list. The pages demonstrate how a private practice could explain its care.

Will I know the cost before treatment?

The Fees page shows illustrative assessment prices. A real practice would explain suitable options and provide a written estimate before you agree to treatment. The examples are not a quote or an offer of finance.

Can I choose a treatment before an assessment?

You can tell us what interests you. An enquiry does not establish suitability. A dentist would examine your mouth, discuss your health and explain options, benefits and risks before recommending a plan.

Is my visit confirmed when I use the form?

No. This demo sends and stores nothing. A real practice would contact you to discuss the request and confirm arrangements. Do not use this form for urgent dental help.

How do I find the studio?

The sample studio is placed in Didsbury, Manchester, England. The drawn map is illustrative and directions open the neighbourhood, not a real dental surgery. Please read the demo-address note.

How often should I have a check-up?

The interval is individual. Your dentist recommends when to return according to the health of your teeth and gums and your risk of future problems. It is not automatically every six months.
